How it works

One event, from setup to results.

Connect the work before competition with the decisions your staff make throughout tournament day.

  1. Set up your tournament

Configure event details, registration prices, waivers, mats, and staff responsibilities.

  2. Prepare the competition

Review entries, complete check-in, resolve weight changes, and organize brackets. Publish mat assignments and start times when ready.

  3. Run the floor

Manage each mat’s fight order and scoring, record winners, and track medal collection. Families and coaches follow the published event information.

Common questions

Know where to start.

Where do I register or sign in for a tournament?

Go to the website supplied by your tournament organizer. Select the correct event, then register or sign in to manage your competitors. This BeeBracket homepage introduces the platform and connects you with our team.

Can one parent manage multiple children?

Yes. A parent or guardian creates an account in their own name and adds each child. Each competitor has their own registration and waiver for the selected tournament.

How do coaches get access to their school?

Coaches request a school assignment through the event platform. An administrator approves the assignment before the coach can access that school’s roster.

When do schedules and results appear?

Mat assignments and start times become available when the organizer publishes the schedule. Estimated times can change as the event runs. Results appear as completed matches are recorded.
